[Fix]: Restart button doesn't have functionality

**Describe the bug**
Restart buttton at the result page doesn't have functionality

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login to the app
2. Click on quiz section
3. Attempt the quiz
4. click at result page restart button 

**Expected behavior**
On clicking the restart button the random quiz should appear.
