Problems of carxmlconverter in v1.12.1.1

Description

1. Exterior object path erroneously become absolute path again.

2. Coupler min/max distances are incorrectly converted from extension cfg. (Distance = 0,0 in extension cfg but 0.27,0.33 in xml)

3. Duplicated Power section when more than one train are converted without reopening the converter. (After converting the second train, there will be one duplicated Power section. After converting the third train, there will be two duplicated Power section and so on.)

Reproduction

Convert any train in legacy format with car xml converter in child-car files mode. (I didn't try single file mode.)

With couplers:
0,0 has never been a valid distance (Min should be less than max), and will be 'corrected' to the default 0.27,0.33 value if used in extensions.cfg

I've added a conversion error here (as it discards the user set value), but that's correct.

Have fixed the duplicated power curves, looks like this has always been an issue.

Object paths were only broken in 1.11.1.1 (not pushed to the main site) and fixed in 1.12.1.2.

Sorry, the version number was a typo. It should be 1.12.1.2 instead of 1.12.1.1.

For coupler, I checked the documentation which states that minimum distance can be smaller or equal to maximum, so 0,0 should actually be valid?

The documentation is 'wrong' in this regard- it's always required min > max

I'll try and remember to update that- I don't really want to try properly fixing this, as it'd most likely cause other issues.
