Silently fails with `exit status 1`

Hi, I have just downloaded lemonade using the latest release tar. I am running a headless ubuntu server:

❯ which lemonade
/usr/local/bin/lemonade

Version:
v1.1.1

❯ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
Description:	Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Release:	18.04
Codename:	bionic

I run the server with

lemonade server

(no output)

I then run

❯ echo "hi" | lemonade copy
exit status 1

The server emits:

❯ lemonade server
2021/03/18 08:29:14 Request from [::1]:39108

⌘v does not produce "hi". Thanks for your help!

this is documented i guess, you need to add the --host param with your current ip even if you are in the server machine

In my situation
If I run lemonade server in the tmux terminal in the local machine, then the lemonade copy in the remote server will fail with exit status 1.
And run lemonade server in the normal Konsole (which I am using), all will be OK.
