`comments edit`/`comments reply` would be cool

Apologies if I missed it but it seems linearis only support creating new comments on issues. Would be nice if we could also create replies to comments and/or edit comments, too?

We're actively working on this now! PR #81 adds comments edit, comments reply, comments delete, and comments list to the CLI.

We've also opened #83 as a follow-up discussion around adding emoji reactions on both issues and comments. If that's something you'd find useful, feel free to chime in over there!
