Permit wildcards in USB_ALLOW/DENYLIST #696

I have a range of USB devices from the same vendor (Yubikey Security Keys) and would love to
explicitly allow USB auto suspend using USB_ALLOWLIST.
Describe the solution you'd like
One possible solution could be to allow USB_ALLOWLIST to contain
- wildcard characters in the device ID
- using the USB vendor ID field
