[FEAT] Beta releases of Transmission added to docker

Wanted change

Add beta releases of Transmission to the releases of the docker container - such as Transmission 4.1.0, currently in the third beta release.

Reason for change

Currently ver.4.1.0 of Transmission is in the third beta, supposedly bringing a lot of improvements. It would also add a lot of feedback to the developers of Transmission itself if more people could test the beta but said people otherwise run the app in a docker container (most NAS users I would guess).

I'm not sure this is something we would look at. We currently use the alpine packages repo to install transmission within the container and they don't provide anything for the beta.

If they provided beta releases in the repo then it would be something that could be discussed to also be made available?

FYI, transmission 4.1.0 was just released.

Now available and was updated in the release 3 days ago, yet many trackers are still blocking 4.1.0, including MAM.

MAM is the only one still blocking it from the list I use. And their reasoning and handling the situation is... Let's say interesting.
