Footer/Header for Sheet Navigator

Im looking for some guidance around how to specify the header and footer for a TrueSheet if you are using the Sheet Navigator.

Current options

1. You can specify a Footer option in the Sheet.Screen options however the component that Sheet.Screen has no access to the Footer you will render there.
2. You can update the navigation.setOptions function from within the component to update the Footer from inside the screen component.

Possible solution
From within the component, TrueSheet could provide a TrueSheetOptions component that allows you to override the nav options like you would do with TrueSheet.

const SheetXInternals = () => (
<TrueSheetOptions footer={x} header={x} ...anyOtherUpdateableOptions>
 ...YourActualContent.
</TrueSheetOptions>

I had a similar question but saw this was closed -- did you find a way to do this with the current library?

looks like the accepted way to do this is the setOptions and was added to docs, all good here
