Binutils is missing pseudo-instructions for unratified `Zbp` instructions

Binutils is missing the following pseudo-instructions for the unratified Zbp instructions:

• rev{,2,4,8,16,32}{,.p,.n,.b,.h,.w} which are pseudo-instructions for grevi (except for rev8 which became a ratified instruction in Zbb)
• orc{,2,4,8,16,32}, orc.p, orc{,2}.n,orc{,2,4}.b, orc{,2,4,8}.h, orc{2,4,8,16}.w which are pseudo-instructions for gorci (except for orc.b which became a ratified instruction in Zbb)
• {,un}zip{,2,4,8,16}, {,un}zip.n, {,un}zip{,2}.b, {,un}zip{,2,4}.h, {,un}zip{,2,4,8}.w which are pseudo-instructions for shfli/unshfli (except for zip/unzip which became ratified instructions in Zbkb)
