Change default branch

The current default branch is outdated, which makes contributing hard. Consider changing it to the latest release or updating the dev branch.

I'd like changing it to the latest release. Can I please have admin over the repo, so I can do it every time I release to crates.io? @ihor

I see that the current default branch is release/0.5.0, but the latest version on crates.io is 0.6.0. So should we change the default branch to release/0.6.0?

And could you please clarify towards which branch should new PRs be created? release/0.6.0 or develop?
