Indicator type = null

For the Women's Anemia - 2014 indicator, I get indicator type === null. Shouldn't this be covered under other as a default?

I'm not sure what the default is. This shows up if none of the checkboxes were selected, which should be required to pass validation. I haven't hooked up the validation for that field yet.
