Deleting a challenge does not free the name

What happened?

I have to re-create a challenge and want to use the same name. I deleted the prev challenge but the "same name" validation still complains.

Steps to reproduce

1. create challenge "name A"
2. create second challenge "name A" => Error
3. use "name A2" instead => works
4. delete "name A" => success
5. edit "name A2" to "name A" => Still ERROR; Should allow rename
