Unable to upload ODC output to ServicesHub cases due to + in filename

We utilise ODC quite often for log collection for all of our Intune CSS cases, unfortunately when uploading the outputted zip file to the CSS case via Services Hub, it will fail if the filename contains + which is an unsupported character.
Removing + from the filename will allow the file to be uploaded.

Is it possible to change the default filename and remove the plus symbol?
