[Feature]: Make the table view expandable

Currently, when a table has a lot of columns and ton of text, we have to use the horizontal scroll bar to see the full data set. There should be an option to expand and auto resize the table (even if the column text needs to get wrapped)

For context: a table's width is currently constrained by the document's content container. That container width is controlled by the Max Width slider in Settings -> Appearance, and is also affected by the floating Toggle Layout button (Wide / Centered).

Given that, the phrasing "expand and auto resize the table (even if the column text needs to get wrapped)" can map to a few different behaviors. Here are a few ways I'm currently reading it:

• Wrap cell text in place: the table keeps the current container width, but long cell text wraps onto multiple lines instead of triggering a horizontal scrollbar. All columns become visible at once, rows get taller.
• Let the table break out of the content container: the table escapes the container's width limit and uses more horizontal space (up to the full window width), giving columns more room before any wrapping is needed. The rest of the document stays unchanged.
• Break out first, then wrap: the table expands beyond the container first, and only wraps text in columns that still don't fit.

Or let me know if none of these match what you had in mind.

Once that's clear, I'll evaluate whether it's a good fit for the current architecture.
