[Feature]: Add Android support

Right now only iOS is supported, we want to work on Android as well.

• Develop the parallel Kotlin bridge to the swift one

Status update from the current Android parity pass:

• Work branch: feat/android-parity
• Drawing is mostly working on Android.
• Pixel eraser responsiveness is reported good after the latest changes.
• Android run docs and example compatibility fixes have been added.
• Remaining blocker: continuous pages past roughly the second page still do not activate reliably for drawing.
• Remaining parity gap: Android does not yet have the native benchmark runner/recorder that iOS has.
