k8s + mo私有化部署时，通过globalRegistryPrefix指向本地镜像仓库，一切ok。
外部k8s+mo私有化部署时，镜像仓库在云上。希望globalRegistryPrefix指向阿里云镜像仓库。但是mobr registry可以覆盖全局设置，指向docker.io。使用用户名密码拉取镜像。
