[Deployment] Containerization setup

Be able to easily setup an instance of Melodee using containers (e.g. Docker or Podman).

Requirements

• Create a docker compose file that contains all necessary elements to quickly and easily create an instance of Melodee.
• Create documentation on how to use docker compose file, including examples.
