Why do you need this change?

I need two events that allows me to skip procedure CalcServCrMemoLineCostLCY and procedure CalcServInvLineCostLCY in codeunit 6476 "Serv. Cost Calculation Mgt."

Thanks for getting back to me on this.
I understand the general policy of trying to limit IsHandled events, but in this case, it's a mandatory requirement for a customer migration from NAV to Business Central.
The situation is that their old code has custom logic that, under certain conditions, completely skips the standard cost calculation on service lines. This means that for specific lines, the procedures CalcServCrMemoLineCostLCY and CalcServInvLine-CostLCY should not be executed at all.
An event without the IsHandled pattern is not a workable solution here. It would allow me to run my own code, but the standard calculation would still run immediately after, which would be incorrect and lead to wrong cost values.
The only clean way to replicate this functionality in an AL extension is to have the ability to suppress the standard logic.
I hope this explains why this is a blocker for our project and a necessary addition.
