Why do you need this change?

I need to be able to customize the onLookup trigger in field Applies-to Doc. No.

Describe the request

I want an event OnAfterLookupAppliesToDocNo in the trigger OnLookup in field Applies-to Doc. No. in table 5900 Service Header.
Since there is an OnBeforeLookupAppliesToDocNo i think it should also exist one OnAfter to be coherent with other similar events.

The event should have the following parameters:
OnAfterLookupAppliesToDocNo(Rec, CustLedgEntry);
