Remove GitHub forking feature

Remove the GitHub forking capability from Azure DevOps Demo Generator.

Details

The tool currently supports forking GitHub repositories to the GitHub organization associated with the user's GitHub login ID. This feature should be removed from:

• Documentation: docs/FAQ.md (line 20-21) - Remove the Q&A about GitHub forking
• Code: Remove any GitHub forking-related functionality from the codebase

Context

This is marked for removal to simplify the tool's scope and reduce maintenance overhead.
