Benchmark performance against other OGC API - Features implementations

This API has been written with performance in mind, however quantitative benchmarking has not taken place against other OGC API - Features implementations.

Carry out benchmarking against a number of existing OGC API - Features implementations with identical data configurations.

This will establish a quantitative baseline and comparison with other implementations.

This is also discussed in the readme.
