[feat] shortcut `Hex Editor: Go To Next NonZero`

## scenario

There are too many zero lines.

Would be nice if hex editor provide ability to go to next non zero

Given

- 1024 * 1024 / 16 = 65536 lines

There are 65536 lines per 1M.

For example

- ZERO * 3
- NONZERO
- ZERO * 256
- NONZERO

Already hard for human scroll.
