Notify winget-pkgs in PR that PR was generated by wingetcreate

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the description of the PR created by wingetcreate write somewhere that the PR was generated using wingetcreate.

Example, I just made this PR with wingetcreate:
microsoft/winget-pkgs#318759

But there is no way for the developers of winget-pkgs to know that I've made this PR with wingetcreate.

Proposed technical implementation details

Write at the top or bottom of the generated PR "Made with wingetcreate" or similar

Ah I mean to replace the text in the PR:

Because from the POV of the winget-pkgs developers this is what they see at a glance:

And nowhere there does it say that the PR was generated with wingetcreate and I think that would be cool so people know. wingetcreate could maybe also answer some of the questions posed there.

But cool that wingetcreate writes in the yaml file (I didn't know that).
