Improve AI Assistant UX (reduce duplication + customizable entry points)

We’ve been testing the AI assistant and noticed some UX challenges due to duplication of entry points (“Ask AI” button, and floating “Ask a question” field), leading to the same functionality.

Problem

• Duplication creates confusion.
• Floating input can obstruct content, especially on smaller screens (mobile devices).
• Inconsistent behavior across page lengths: “Ask a question” field disappears when reaching the bottom of longer pages and on shorter pages (without scrolling), the field does not appear at all.

There is no built-in way to:

• Enable/disable individual entry points.
• Consolidate them into a single access point
• Customize assistant naming

Request
Built-in configuration options to control these entry points individually.

• Option to unify assistant access (e.g., integrate with "Ask AI" button).
• Option to be enabled/disabled individually.
• Custom naming for the AI assistant.

This would improve clarity and usability.
