Possible improvements to structuring of Decoding (MVPA) documentation

Proposed documentation enhancement

While going through the Decoding(MVPA) documentation, I felt there may be room for improving the structure for better clarity.
currently, conceptual explanations and equations are embedded within paragraphs. It might be clearer to separate key concepts and equations into distinct sections for improved readability and understanding.

I wanted to take input from maintainers on whether this would be a useful improvement before proposing any changes.

Hi Aniketsy,

I had a quick and I agree that there is room for improvement. We are currently refactoring tutorials and examples based on the diataxis diataxis framework. I suggest having a look at the framework and then decide if you would think it should be a tutorial and/or example. The tutorial is pretty long at the moment, so maybe a good idea to split it up.

Some inspiration can be found in those PRs #13584 #13695.

I will first go through diataxis framework, and PR's you mentioned and then decide to take further step accordingly.
