Add page on using Julia in production

As suggested in #129, MoJuWo could use a fifth page on "using Julia in production" / "deploying Julia".
I feel like there is a major lack of information on this topic and that documenting workflows could help with the adoption of Julia.

Maybe we could start by reaching out to the community on Discourse. Folks with industry experience at JuliaHub, Pumas, ASML etc. probably have valuable pointers.
We could also add an empty page with a "work in progress" warning to enable initial contributions.

As with the related issue, one needs to distinguish between the different use cases:

• Are we just building an executable that can be used by other users?
• Are we building a backend?
• Is there any kind of GUI (system or web)

General common topics for all of those are anyway:

• Precompiling as much as possible
• Building a sysimage
• When it is a web backend, how to handle requests with Julia
• Handling system signals

I'll edit if more ideas come to mind.

I'd really like to see more instructions related to making distributable executables (is it a docker container? PackageCompiler options? etc...). Also, it would be good to see some discussion on how to build python wrappers for julia packages in ways that allow us to distribute the packages via pypi, conda, etc.

The Julia discourse does not always have answers on these topics, but there are many questions. The same goes for PythonCall.jl

I would be happy to write what I can, but I'll add the disclaimer that I'm commenting more because I wanted to read the page. I don't have answers to all of these questions just yet, but I'll document what I can as I go.
