More elaborate Ground Truth / Correction possibilites for trackings

Multiple users (MK, DL) have suggested to allow more elaborate editing capabilities within the ground truth mode, and/or editing capabilities for segmentations.

Possibly a joint mode could be developed, it would however need quite a bit of GUI work.
Maybe alternatives exist to developing this from the scratch.
