DICOM sort

Hi, 

The automatic conversion tool is cool. I have a question about the DICOM sorting. In the documentation, ' It is recommended that you sort your DICOM data into directories (at least per study, but perferably by series) before conversion.' Do you mind to help me figure out how to sort the DICOM for series or for study? Is any software for this?
