Guest mode within an established account

My cousins use monkeytype on my machine, can we add guest mode with a login account that,

1. Let you put guest nicknames and results are saved just for session.
2. Let multiple guest test one after another so it feels like a competition for a session under the same account.
3. Can store result for 24 hours locally on the guest session part
