Mark repo as deprecated?

Since the last export to mozilla-central, development has continued over there, but without anyone clarifying the state of this repo.

I think we should just mark this repo as deprecated and redirect bug filers to the Bugzilla Firefox : Screenshots component instead.

@ianb thoughts?
