Show capabilities in recipe detail page #1063
Description
As well as the extra_capabilities (#1062), Normandy now also shows a computed set of capabilities in the capabilities field of recipe. This works much like the pair of extra_filter_expression and filter_expression. The full set of calculated capabilities should be shown on the detail page of recipes.
