Does not work with 'log4net, Version=2.0.13.0

Getting below error , updated log4net version to 2.0.13

found the same issue, but it was issue from my project dependency. try to check your proj configuration which might rely on old log4net version

In order to get past this problem for L4N v 2.0.15, I had to put a [dependentAssembly] in for L4N:

			<dependentAssembly>
				<assemblyIdentity name="log4net" publicKeyToken="669e0ddf0bb1aa2a" culture="neutral" />
				<bindingRedirect oldVersion="0.0.0.0-2.0.15.0" newVersion="2.0.15.0" />
			</dependentAssembly>
