Wallpaper Not launching on boot

Anyone know how to fix this problem. I've been struggling all day to get my wallpaper to launch, Waypaper is working with the theme its just the wallpaper that's not loading so Im sitting with a blank screen

Make sure that awww and waypaper-git is installed.
Then test in waypaper different wallpaper engines.
