Bug Report for target-sum

Please describe the bug below and include any steps to reproduce the bug or screenshots if possible.

The issue is mismatch with sample test case output in sample and submit run

refer ss 1 for wrong test output and ss 2 for correct out while submitting

since upon running the sample tc's it shows 0 as output instead of 3 if I submit the problem it is getting submitted where as the correct answer is 3 instead of 0. for correct solution
