2.mjs seems unnecessary now

• we're still converting block-logs to logs-to-subgraph here: https://github.com/neume-network/data/blob/9b969d0c035816aff82eebbd206320134e7866d2/steps/2.mjs
• but since a few days we're using the generic call-tokenuri function so that logs-to-subgraph isn't strictly necessary anymore: https://github.com/neume-network/data/blob/9b969d0c035816aff82eebbd206320134e7866d2/steps/3.mjs
• we also need to remove it from the github actions workflow then
