[android][bug] Android singleshot test fail

Instrumentation test with the build script get crash. Failed TC: SingleShot inference with TFLite model.
Note that test with android studio does not fail.

This may caused from thread unsafety of Interpreter->Invoke() when using XNNPACK Delegate.
