"Get Started" section for CLIs/global tools

Describe the feature

The "Get started" section for a package is helpful unless it is meant to be globally installed or solely used via (p)npx (think of CLIs)

It would be helpful to detect such cases and adapt the get started section accordingly.

As far as I can tell we have the following package categories:
Pure libraries (no bin field):

• pnpm add package

Hybrid tool (has bin field and main / exports fields):

• pnpm add package as well as pnpm exec package to run locally (sceen in screenshot)

Pure CLIs (has bin field but no main / exports fields):

• run directly via e.g. pnpx package or install globally via pnpm add -g package.

Of course written properly with comments as seen in your example screenshot etc. 🙌
