Got deleted output after 'clean'

I enter 'clean' for clearing the outputs' of command, but when my next command generate outputs on Fterm's terminal, the previous deleted outputs are restored back, how can I actually clear them? Is the problem generated by Fterm, is there any one meeting with the same problem?
