It has been hours trying to figure this out but the: "Manual fallback: On SSH/WSL/remote environments, pick “ChatGPT Plus/Pro (Manual URL Paste)” and paste the full redirect URL after login.", option simply isn't their.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Install the tool
2.do openai auth login
3.Try to find the manual option
Expected Behavior
What should happen.
It should be in the openai menu in the auth screen.
Actual Behavior
What actually happens.
It's not their.

- opencode version: Latest (I think)
- Plugin version: Latest
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Node.js version: Latest
