When spinning up the latest Explorer on Localnet, the landing page shows Sapphire/consensus Mainnet/Testnet content which is non existent locally.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Localnet Explorer instance should show Localnet widgets for:

• Consensus
• Sapphire/Emerald blocks and txes (only one at the time - can be Sapphire for consistency)
• ROFLs
