metaData chunks may not update when revalidate done

1. 访问range 0-1 chunk ，缓存1秒
2. 缓存过期后，访问range 4 chunk 响应206 会清理旧缓存
3. 查询缓存索引 meta data chunk 0-1,4
   残余的0-1 还在

因为revalidate 流程复用了旧的md chunks discard 再 store 实际chunks 的痕迹没有清理
