Collector: Remove `attributes`, `resource`, `span` processors from default build

Issue mainly for tracking purposes. In #2218 we decided to include the transform processor in the default collector build for the collector layer. Since all capabilities of attributes, resource, span processors are also possible through the transform processor we should remove the former from the default build. End users should still be able to include them in their custom builds if they prefer these processors.

• remove deprecation notice introduced in docs(collector): deprecate attributes, resource, and span processors in favor of transform processor #2273
