Service discovery extension: add service_area information #78
Description
We'd like to provide additional options for a client (or intermediate service) to discover responsible jurisdiction's open311 services, based on the location of a user.
To support this, I suggest to extend service discovery by a property endpoints.endpoint.service_area (or top-level as top-level property) of type GeoJSON/GML-Feature.
