New Node version required

check_modules.pl will need to be updated to check for Node 20+, as the newest version of yargs and its dependencies, updated in #2788, requires node version ^20.19.0.

Additionally, it is possible the installation manual for 2.21 will need instructions to manually install a newer version of Node, as the Ubuntu repositories currently only carry 18.

This is something that we already knew about. I put in a pull request to update check_modules.pl. We will add the necessary instructions to the installation manual when we get to that.
