Add vim and sudo to the image

Hello!
While working with the image I often need to create temporary files, temporary feeds and here is no text editor by default. It will be perfect if you add vim to the default package list.

Also sudo with buildbot user in sudoers is a good option to add because I can't even install packages from the default user now (i can do something like docker exec -u 0 ecstatic_gould apt -y install vim but thats just a workaround, not a solution)
