[Bug]: Report of security issue not enabled

Bug Description

Dear maintainer,

the preferred feature "🔐 Preferred: Report a Vulnerability via GitHub" is not working.

I do have a vulnerability to report. Could you please enable this feature?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://github.com/operacle/checkcle/security
2. Click on 🔐 Preferred: Report a Vulnerability via GitHub

Expected Behavior

Should create a non public security report but runs in a 404.
