Is it possible to add the ability to customize theme selection for Telegram

Motivation

It would be very convenient to specify a topic in the Telegram notification settings, since there are groups with topics

Thank you for the suggestion! Adding support for specifying a Telegram topic is a great idea. It’s not available yet, but I’ll consider it for a future update.
