Proposed Feature
Add the Matrix Protocol to the list of avaliable nofication providers.
matrix://{user}:{password}@{matrixhost}/#{room_alias}
matrixs://{user}:{password}@{matrixhost}/!{room_id}
with those being the valid syntaxes the user would neet to enter:
Bot Username (or their personal one if prefered)
Bot Password in Cleartext
Bonus with the ?format=markdown appendix this natively supports markdown

This would add a new way for people to avoid telegram, discord and people who do not run their own mattermost which I assume are the majority
