[Feature]: Persistent filters in listings overview #291

Related Problem
When reloading the listings page, all filters reset. This makes it difficult to navigate back to the overview from a listing, as one has to set all filters again.
Proposed Feature
Either store the filters as user settings in localstorage or set them as URL parameters.

Benefits
Would save time by not having to set filters again.
