Hi Rocket.Chat team 👋,

I’m Padakanti Harshith, a Computer Science undergraduate from India focused on backend and real-time systems. I’ve built a real-time chat app using Node.js, Express, and Socket.IO with room-based messaging, typing indicators, and responsive UI.

I’m excited to contribute to Rocket.Chat and align my work with GSoC 2026. I’d love guidance on where to start, and whether my project could be extended to fit Rocket.Chat’s roadmap (e.g., persistence, authentication, scalability).
