I'm not sure where to post this but I have had to downgrade from 5.0.7 back to 5.0.6 due to a strange problem with files within the file system being apparently ignored.
The computer in question is a 2018 MacMini running Sequoia 15.7.1
The issue appears to be showing in the application Munki admin and AutoPkgr
Munki admin would fail to add all applications to the Catalogue file (I believe this is done by searching for all the files in the folders, also possible by the MunkiTools Package) it would however add a small number of files that have existed on the file system for over 10 years.
AutoPkgr would add duplicate installation and pkg information files (I believe this was the case because it was unable to find the existing files) once again it was only some of the files that were ignored.
It is unclear if using the same setup on a M1 2020 MacMini running Tahoe 26.0.1 had less missing files or no missing files.
Downgrading to 5.0.6 has resolved both issues.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
Is there a limitation on 5.0.7 that I need to be aware of?
